Understand client manpower and recruitment requirements
Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to meet client needs
Follow up on proposals, quotations, and service agreements
Ensure client satisfaction and support long-term account growth
Market & Sales Reporting
Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, and follow-ups
Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and client expectations
Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and business development goals
