We are seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and results-driven professional to join our team in Dubai. This hybrid role combines sales, client relationship management, and on-camera content creation, making it ideal for a charismatic, confident, and versatile individual.
Core Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Generation
Drive Sales: Actively pursue and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Lead Generation: Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Pitching: Deliver engaging, persuasive presentations (in-person and online) to potential clients.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
2. Client Coordination & Relationship Management
Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of communication for both new and existing clients.
Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements and provide tailored, effective solutions.
Client Retention: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
3. Content Creation & Social Media Presence
On-Camera Presentation: Represent the brand as the official face of our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Creative Concepting: Develop and execute original, engaging video concepts that resonate with our target audience.
Dynamic Delivery: Present with confidence, high energy, and excellent speaking skills to capture viewers' attention.
Live Sessions: Host live streams, webinars, or interactive sessions to increase engagement and brand visibility.
