  • Experience in Electrical & Switchgear Industry is the Must
  • Conduct market research on Building Material products to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and the stage of Construction
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media, E-mail campaigns,
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team and assisting with customer inquiries immediately
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions on daily basis
  • Managing sales orders / Performa Invoice / Tax Invoice / Delivery notes / payment receipt and ensuring timely delivery to customers. (Just coordination with delivery team.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the sales process.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Preparing sales reports and presenting them to management.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections on the phone
  • Supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
