  • Reporting: Generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and assist in analyzing sales data for management.
  • Inventory Coordination: Liaise with inventory teams to ensure stock availability for orders and update the sales team on stock levels.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between sales, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Sales Targets: Support the team in achieving sales targets and assist in following up on pending payments.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with clients by providing excellent after-sales support.
