- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing sales documentation.

- Order Processing: Coordinate order fulfillment by working closely with the production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Data Management: Maintain customer databases and sales records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Reporting: Generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and assist in analyzing sales data for management.
- Inventory Coordination: Liaise with inventory teams to ensure stock availability for orders and update the sales team on stock levels.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between sales, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Sales Targets: Support the team in achieving sales targets and assist in following up on pending payments.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with clients by providing excellent after-sales support.
