We deliver reliable support to customers across the globe. I.Position Overview This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Specialist role based in Dubai, UAE. The specialist will handle pre-sales and after-sales inquiries, manage order quotations, and ensure seamless transaction completion, delivering exceptional product and service support to our clients. II. Key Responsibilities Prepare daily quotations based on customer inquiries. Accurately enter confirmed order details into the computer system. Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to arrange product shipments. Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors. III. Requirements Female candidates preferred (Filipino nationals encouraged to apply) Marine experience preferred Proficient in Excel (required) Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred Experience in preparing customer quotations Background in customer service management Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle complex situations professionally and calmly Willingness to relocate as required by the role IV.We Offer Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 Visa sponsorship Statutory holidays Monthly team gatherings with refreshments Festival allowances.
