1-Sales Director / Manager
Responsibilities:
Business Development: Drive revenue growth by securing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and project-based work for ELV (CCTV, Access Control, SIRA compliance), IT Infrastructure (Networking, Structured Cabling), and Landscaping/Irrigation.
Pipeline Management: Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and site surveys to technical proposal submission and final closing.
Strategic Networking: Leverage existing relationships with UAE contractors, FM consultants, and Tier-1 developers to expand our market share.
Tender Management: Work closely with the estimation and technical teams to prepare competitive bids and BOQs for complex integrated FM projects.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends in the UAE to position Affordable Group as the "value-leader" in the market.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the UAE, specifically within Facilities Management, ELV, or Landscaping sectors.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ELV systems (SIRA/MCC regulations), IT networking, and irrigation system design/maintenance.
Network: An active "Rolodex" of contacts in the UAE construction and real estate market.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and CRM management skills.
Licensing: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics/Civil) or Business Administration.
2-Specialized Sales Executive (Water Tank Cleaning)
Market Penetration: Identify and approach property management companies, Owners' Associations (OA), and hotel FM managers to sell specialized water tank cleaning services.
Compliance Consulting: Educate clients on UAE health regulations regarding water storage, legionella prevention, and mandatory cleaning frequencies.
Site Inspections: Conduct initial site surveys to assess tank conditions (GRP, Concrete, Steel) and coordinate with the technical team for accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation.
Contract Winning: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both one-off disinfections and long-term AMCs.
Relationship Management: Maintain a database of existing clients to ensure timely renewals and upsell related services (e.g., Water Pipeline Disinfection, Water Lab Testing).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE, specifically in Cleaning, Pest Control, or FM services.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai Municipality (Food Safety/Public Health) or ADSSC/Tawtheeq requirements for water tank cleaning is a huge plus.
Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage for dealing with different property stakeholders).
Personal Attribute: A "hunter" mindset—you are comfortable with cold calling, door-knocking, and field-based business development.
Mandatory: Valid UAE Driving License is essential.
3- Sales Executive (Pest Control AMCs, Municipality compliance awareness)
AMC Sales & Retention: Target high-risk sectors (F&B, Hospitality, Warehousing, and Residential Buildings) to secure long-term Pest Control AMCs.
Compliance Awareness: Act as a consultant for clients, ensuring their premises meet the latest Dubai Municipality (Public Health Pest Control Section) and ADPHC/Tadweer (Abu Dhabi) standards.
Audit Readiness: Educate clients on the importance of the "Pest Control File" (Treatment reports, MSDS, technician IDs, and chemical logs) required for government inspections.
Site Evaluation: Perform detailed inspections to identify pest "hotspots" and propose tailored IPM solutions that minimize chemical use and maximize efficacy.
Lead Generation: Actively hunt for new business through cold calling, field visits, and networking with Property Managers and Owners' Associations (OA).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years in Pest Control Sales within the UAE. Candidates with a background in Agriculture or Entomology will be given priority.
Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE Municipality guidelines (e.g., mandatory monthly visits for food establishments).
Network: Strong existing connections with F&B outlets, hotel chains, or industrial facility managers.
Sales Drive: Proven track record of meeting monthly revenue targets and "closing the gap" between inquiry and contract.
Communication: Ability to explain technical IPM concepts to non-technical business owners clearly.
Mandatory: Valid UAE Driving License.
