Market Expansion & Customer Engagement – Conduct market research and visit both new and existing customers. Collaborate with line managers to expand the customer base and drive sales growth.
Sales Offers – Prepare and submit sales quotations for standard and non-standard products, ensuring technical and commercial accuracy. Follow up with relevant departments for approvals and documentation.
Technical Proposal & Bid Preparation – Develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including BOQs and engineering drawings. Coordinate with Engineering and Solutions teams to respond to technical inquiries and bid requests.
Sales Process Follow-up & Organization – Ensure smooth communication of sales processes and documentation. Follow up on approvals, signatures, and filing to avoid errors or delays in production and delivery.
Pricing – Provide accurate pricing to customers based on portfolios and price lists approved by the Sales Manager.
Delivery Coordination – Coordinate delivery and installation of generators. Attend commissioning on-site when required to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Service – Maintain strong customer relationships, respond to inquiries promptly, and support customer needs to enhance sales and after-sales service.
Sales Documentation & CRM Management – Maintain accurate CRM and internal system records, ensure timely data entry, proper filing, and adherence to ISO standards.
Reporting & Planning – Prepare daily visit reports, sales performance summaries, and market studies. Collaborate with Sales Manager to develop sales plans, track critical accounts, and ensure timely receivables collection.
Continuous Improvement – Attend exhibitions, network with potential customers, and promote the company’s brand to support sales growth initiatives.
