Job Summary:

E-learning Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative e-learning solutions. managing various aspects of the LMS platform, including product listings, customer experience, order processing, and support digital marketing team in driving online sales and enhance the overall e-commerce user experience. We're seeking a motivated individual with a passion for educational technology, excellent sales skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in a computer or technology-related field to drive growth in our e-learning store.

Customer Engagement:

Engage with potential customers through various channels, including email, phone, and online chat.

Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our e-learning solutions.

Sales and Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, businesses, and individual customers.

Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Sales Strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Utilize data and market insights to identify new opportunities for growth.

Order Processing:

Guide customers through the purchase process, ensuring a smooth and efficient buying experience.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate order processing and delivery.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Prepare regular sales reports and contribute to sales forecasting.
