Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through personal network and market outreach

• Identify and secure interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, retail, luxury)

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits

• Coordinate with design and execution teams for proposals and project requirements

• Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and close deals

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
