- Welcome and assist customers, providing an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
- Present and explain gold and natural diamond jewellery collections.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in inventory management, stock checks, and product labeling.
- Follow company policies for security, pricing, and discount approvals.
- Provide after-sales support, including resizing, repairs, and special orders when required.
- Maintain the showroom’s visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand’s luxury image.
- Travel to the workshop to collect custom orders and repair items when needed.
