Support the team in operations related tasks like obtaining permits, ground handling and all terminal and ramp related operations Oversee ground handling, flight operations, and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery remotely and when at the airport. Coordinate with airport authorities, ground handling teams, and other service providers to ensure operational efficiency. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, contracts, and service expansions. Develop proposals and presentations and present to potential clients and partners. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities through platforms like Flight radar and social media. Build and maintain relationships with airlines, charter operators, FBOs, and other aviation stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded. Develop a portfolio and data base of clients to promote our services Facilitate client onboarding and ensure smooth integration of services. Collaborate with senior management to define and execute business growth strategies. Prepare regular reports on operational performance, business development activities, and key metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and growth opportunities.
