Job Summary:

Horus Fitout, a leading provider of interior and exterior finishing solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant / Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fit-out and wooden décor industry, with a proven track record in generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and contractors.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase Horus Fitout's services.

- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.

- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure mutual benefits.

- Follow up on leads and close deals.

- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales within the fit-out industry.

- Strong network within the construction, real estate, and hospitality sectors.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Understanding of interior and exterior fit-out solutions.

- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Having UAE driving license and car is a plus.
