Identify and develop new business opportunities within the composites industry across the UAE and GCC markets
Promote and sell a wide range of composite raw materials including Chopped Strand Mat (CSM), Woven Roving, Surface Tissue, GP Resin, Catalysts, Epoxy Resin, Hardener, and related products
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, product presentation, quotation, negotiation, and closing of sales
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions in coordination with internal teams
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth and market expansion
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry-related engagements
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities
