We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by securing contractor approvals from relevant authorities and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with government bodies, corporate procurement teams, and other stakeholders to ensure our company, Manav, is recognized and approved as a contractor. Additionally, the role involves generating sales, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contractor Approval & Liaison with Authorities:
- Identify and engage with relevant authorities,      government departments, and corporate procurement teams for contractor      registration and approval.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on all necessary      documentation required for contractor approvals.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, licensing      requirements, and compliance standards.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers      to facilitate smooth approval processes.
2. Sales & Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential      clients in the target market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients,      contractors, and industry professionals.
- Pitch and present the company's services to      potential clients to secure contracts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with      clients and stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic      planning and client engagement.
3. Market Research & Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify trends,      competitors, and potential growth areas.
- Provide regular updates and reports on contractor      approvals, sales progress, and client feedback.
- Recommend improvements based on market insights and      client needs.
