About the Role: Nexus Point Consultants is seeking a motivated Sales Immigration Consultant with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, in-depth knowledge of immigration processes, and the ability to provide excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with prospective clients to assess their immigration needs and eligibility.
- Explain and promote Nexus Point Consultants' immigration services clearly, addressing client concerns and providing comprehensive solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, regulations, and procedures for various countries.
- Handle inquiries efficiently, follow-up proactively, and close sales opportunities.
- Manage and track leads using CRM software to ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth processing of client applications.
- Provide clients with regular updates and ensure high client satisfaction throughout the immigration process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Consultant in immigration or related fields.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good understanding of immigration laws and procedures.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Urdu or Hindi are a plus.
