Key Responsibilities: Oversee the complete admissions cycle, from inquiry to enrollment. Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team to improve performance and conversions. Monitor lead management and follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates. Provide guidance and counseling to prospective students on programs and career pathways. Analyze CRM data to track performance and optimize processes. Collaborate with academic and support teams for smooth student onboarding. Participate in events, fairs, and promotional activities to drive student recruitment. Prepare regular reports on admissions performance and pipeline status.
