Sales Manager / Executive – Smart Lock Brand (Dubai)

We are a growing smart lock brand based in Dubai, seeking a Sales Manager / Executive to drive high volume sales and expand our brand presence across the UAE and MEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate B2B sales leads in:
- Interior design companies
- Property developers, contractors & builders
- Vacation rental operators & hospitality companies
- Power retailers, exporters & wholesalers
- Promote our smart lock products and solutions across the region
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct product presentations & demos
- Prepare quotations and close deals
- Monitor sales performance and market trends
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in smart locks, electronic security, or building materials
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi (Malayalam, Tamil, or Arabic is a plus)
- Basic IT knowledge (e.g., mobile apps, IoT systems)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Willing to travel for client meetings
