UK-based property firm expanding in the UAE market. We source, market and close high-value land and property opportunities for institutional and private investors.

Role: Sales Director (based in Dubai)
Employment: Full-time or Part-time (both options available)
Salary:(competitive package, performance bonuses)
Experience: 2–5 years in Dubai real estate / land/property sales

Key responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through networking, prospecting and market outreach.

  • Manage the full sales cycle: qualify leads, present proposals, negotiate and close deals.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, investors and HNW clients.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and post-sale handover documentation.

  • Represent My Strategic Land at industry events and client meetings.
