Role: Sales Director (based in Dubai)
Employment: Full-time or Part-time (both options available)
Salary:(competitive package, performance bonuses)
Experience: 2–5 years in Dubai real estate / land/property sales
Key responsibilities
Generate high-quality leads through networking, prospecting and market outreach.
Manage the full sales cycle: qualify leads, present proposals, negotiate and close deals.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, investors and HNW clients.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and post-sale handover documentation.
Represent My Strategic Land at industry events and client meetings.
