Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Identify and target potential markets and clients.


Able to build a good client relationship management:

Maintain and build relationships with key clients.

Handle complex negotiations and closing deals.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


Facilitate in marketing and promotions:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.

Organize open houses, property tours, and other marketing events.

Manage online and offline marketing campaigns.


Can provide these admin duties:

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.

Manage budgets and financial aspects of the sales department.
