Create marketing plans to promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Generate leads through online ads, property portals, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Able to calculate customer’s net worth and build up a strong case for credit underwriting.
- Solid understanding on the available real estate products and variances.
- Manage listings on property websites (Dubizzle, Property finder, Bayut, etc.).
- Coordinate with sales teams to support their efforts with brochures, digital content, and other marketing materials.- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
- Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and drive to excel in the competitive real estate market.- Oversee listing presentations, negotiations, and closing processes.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to improve marketing strategies.
- Take ownership on pipeline cases and promptly follow up with cases to finalize overall transaction.
