Mission Win brokerages and real estate agencies for a PropTech listing marketplace. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to demo to closing to handover. Meet response time and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities • Prospect real estate brokerages in Dubai and book qualified meetings • Deliver tailored product demos and present the value clearly • Build business cases, handle objections, negotiate and close deals • Log all activities in the CRM and maintain an accurate forecast • Coordinate onboarding with the Operations team and ensure adoption during the first thirty days • Collect and share market feedback to improve pricing, features and sales playbooks • Conduct field visits to agencies and relevant departments and represent the company at events and launches
