Prospecting: Build targeted lists of US decision-makers (Directors, Program Managers, Executives) using provided LinkedIn Sales Navigator criteria.
Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via cold email and LinkedIn messaging (40+ touchpoints daily).
Discovery: Conduct Zoom-based discovery calls to qualify leads, identify workforce pain points, and assess budget fit.
Closing: Present the Workforce Performance Diagnostic solution, handle objections, and secure signed contracts.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads and deal stages in our CRM (HubSpot/Excel).
Market Intelligence
Gather feedback from prospects to help refine our messaging and product offering.
Identify trends in the US nonprofit and workforce development sectors.
Self-Management
Operate independently as a remote sales partner.
Manage your own schedule to maximize overlap with US business hours (EST/CST).
