Strong knowledge of spare parts catalogues, inventory management, and order processing.
Experience in handling B2B and B2C customers, dealerships, or service centers.

Strong negotiation and upselling skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with existing clients while acquiring new customers.
Track record of achieving sales targets.
