Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for HR and Payroll software solutions
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels
Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations to prospective clients
Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings
Valid UAE driving license (Mandatory)
Earn 5% commission on total sales, with monthly earning potential up to AED 25,000.
