Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in accordance with ADNOC standards and project requirements.
• Plan and organize scaffolding works to support construction, maintenance, MEP installation, and civil activities.
• Ensure all scaffolding activities comply with ADNOC’s HSE policies, project safety procedures, and international scaffolding standards.
• Inspect scaffolding structures for safety and structural integrity before, during, and after use.
• Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and other trades (MEP, civil, welding) to ensure scaffold access meets operational needs.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety briefings related to scaffolding activities.
• Manage a team of scaffolders, ensuring proper manpower allocation and performance monitoring.
• Maintain scaffolding logs, inspection records, and prepare reports for site management and ADNOC representatives.
• Participate in permit-to-work (PTW) processes and ensure compliance with ADNOC's control of work systems.
• Identify and report any unsafe conditions, near misses, or incidents immediately.
