Role Summary

Responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance to support business performance and strategic decision-making. The role acts as a finance advisor to operational teams while ensuring strong governance, reporting accuracy, and cash management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles.

• Perform detailed variance analysis (Actual vs Budget / Forecast).

• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning, cash flow forecasting, and CapEx evaluation.

• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective action plans.

Reporting & Business Support

• Prepare monthly management reports and financial dashboards (Power BI preferred).

• Provide accurate financial data to internal and external stakeholders.

• Support board and management reporting requirements.

• Partner with department heads to provide actionable financial insights.

Accounting & Compliance

• Ensure month-end close accuracy, accruals management, and general ledger integrity.

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements.

• Oversee VAT filings and Corporate Tax compliance.

• Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.
