- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and enhance vehicle reliability.
- Collaborate with mechanical teams to integrate electrical systems seamlessly within the overall vehicle architecture.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and electrical advancements to implement best practices in service delivery.
- Train and mentor junior electricians, fostering a culture of learning and skill development within the workshop.
- Manage inventory of electrical components and tools, ensuring that all necessary parts are readily available for repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards when working on high-voltage systems and equipment.
- Document all repairs and maintenance performed, maintaining accurate records to support warranty claims and quality assurance.
