• Develop and monitor chemical analysis, and generate Test Reports for the

materials as required by the company/management.

• Calibrate all equipment used in the laboratory and maintain records properly.

• Develop method validation documents in accordance with ISO/EN 17025

guidelines and prepare the laboratory for ENAS audits control documents and

standards.

• Ensure that Company QMS and safety policies are adhered to at all times.

• Plan and monitor tests and/or calibrations and evaluation of results, including

opinions and interpretations, in a timely manner.

• Carry out method modification and development and validation of new methods.

• Compile and keep work records in an organized way

• Take stock of lab consumables and advise purchase in time and any other duties

and assignments given to you by the Laboratory Manager.

• You will be solely responsible for the jobs that are being carried out by you and

perform the duty with complete responsibility You will also be expected to do all

other related works in the interest of the company.

• Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure reliability of testing

procedures, proper function of Laboratory equipment and prepare and maintain

applicable records

• Coordinate the preparation of reports and analysis. Participate in the

development of new standard operating procedures

• Implementing quality control, quality assurance, safety and inspection control

practices to assure compliance with internal and external regulations.

• Controlling nonconformity

o To ensure that data results from the lab are accurate and of the highest

quality

o To run the lab in accordance with Company safety and quality assurance

procedure

o To run the lab in accordance with Company safety and quality assurance

procedures, seeing to it that employees are properly trained and always

complying with necessary rules and regulations

o To monitor quality assurance activities in the Laboratory to determine

conformance with, authorized procedures and best practices, and to

make, or arrange to have made, corrections and improvements as may be

necessary.

• You will be required to devote your full time and attention exclusively to your

duties keeping Company’s interest in mind at all times.

• You must ensure smooth functioning of the office with TAT, diplomacy,

discretion and resilience.
