Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Project & Commercial Management Professional to lead and manage real estate development and construction projects from concept to completion. The role involves overseeing planning, design, cost management, procurement, contracts, and documentation while ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and schedule requirements across multiple construction packages.

• Manage real estate development and construction projects from concept to completion • Hands-on involvement in construction activities and site execution • Prepare, review, and manage RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents for consultants and contractors • Conduct POQ (Preliminary Order of Quantities) reviews and cost assessments • Review, verify, and approve Variation Orders (VOs), especially for major building and construction works • Coordinate closely with design consultants, construction contractors, and development teams • Ensure design changes and scope variations are properly evaluated for cost, schedule, and quality impact • Support contract negotiation, preparation, and administration for consultants and contractors • Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with project requirements • Monitor project progress, resolve technical and commercial issues, and ensure adherence to schedule and budget • Facilitate smooth collaboration between design, construction, and development teams
