- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with subcontractors and vendors to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
- Post-Contract Management: Partner with the project management team to administer the post-contract phase, ensuring successful project execution and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Contract Team Leadership: Oversee a team of contract specialists, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including internal departments, subsidiaries, and external vendors.
