- Coordinate between architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other design stakeholders to ensure design alignment across all disciplines.
- Review and manage design documentation from concept to IFC (Issued for Construction) stage.
- Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, authority regulations, and project specifications.
- Manage design schedules and ensure timely submission of drawings and documents.
- Participate in design meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions.
- Monitor design changes and ensure proper documentation and communication with project teams.
- Assist in resolving technical design issues during construction by liaising with consultants and contractors.
- Coordinate design approvals with relevant authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.).
- Maintain drawing logs, submittals, and revision records for all design documentation.
