SOPs.

• Monitor market trends, alternative materials, and innovations in construction and

interiors.

• Manage vendor evaluation, database, and compliance.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.

• Coordinate with project, engineering, and design teams for material requirements and

timelines.

• Analyze procurement data, control budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures

• Prepare MIS reports and manage multiple projects independently.

• Support sustainable sourcing practices
