We are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team for post-tender and ongoing project quantity takeoffs/surveying. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in MEP projects, with a particular focus on plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity takeoffs for ongoing or post-tender MEP construction projects.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and resource allocation.
• Review and analyze project specifications and drawings.
• Handle project sizes ranging between AED 80 million and AED 100 million.
• Ensure all project costs are well-documented and within the budget.
