RAQ Contracting is seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer – MEP to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring MEP construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules for MEP works

• Plan and track project progress, identifying delays and implementing recovery plans

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables

• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and performance analysis

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations

• Support project management in decision-making through accurate planning data
