Job Description:

As a Realtor you will be responsible for:

- Generating new business leads and converting them into sales

- Providing exceptional customer service to clients

- Conducting property viewings and presenting market analysis

- Negotiating sales and rental agreements

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Attractive Commission Structure:

We offer a competitive and attractive commission structure:

- upto65 % commission on all sales and rentals

- Additional bonuses for achieving sales targets

- Ongoing training and support to help you succeed

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in real estate sales

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Language skills:- Arabic , French , German Or Chinese is an added advantage
