- Analyze financial reports and cost data to forecast project budgets, allowing for informed decision-making by stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms that align with project goals.
- Manage project cash flow and payment schedules, ensuring timely disbursement and tracking of expenses.
