We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for local and overseas hiring requirements. The candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across multiple industries including oil & gas, retail, logistics, and technical manpower. Key Responsibilities Handle full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and database searches Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and selection processes Manage local hiring and overseas recruitment activities Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases Coordinate with operations and department heads for manpower planning Prepare job advertisements and recruitment campaigns Follow up with candidates regarding documentation, visa process, and joining formalities Ensure timely closure of vacancies within deadlines Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future requirements Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience in GCC/Qatar market preferred Strong knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring Experience in bulk hiring and technical recruitment preferred Good communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking systems Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets Knowledge of Qatar labor and visa procedures is an advantage Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in manpower/recruitment agencies preferred Strong network of local and overseas candidates Immediate joiners preferred Multitasking and coordination skills required Benefits Attractive Salary Package Company Accommodation & Transportation Annual Leave & Air Ticket as per company policy Career Growth Opportunities
