  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the Digital Solutions Business Unit to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored digital solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Solutions team to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions and meet client expectations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and refine sales tactics.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals with clients.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the development team to improve products and services.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure continuous growth and meet revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral and campaigns that drive leads.
  • Ensure sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports, are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss performance, share insights, and align strategies with company objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of the business unit’s sales forecast and budget.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance sales and technical skills and stay current with digital trends and solutions.
