Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in their assigned region by developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing both project and retail sales, from identifying projects to securing approval from architects and builders, and closing the order.
• Developing and expanding dealer, sub-dealer, and channel partner networks.
• Building a strong client list and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.
• Driving business development through new client acquisition.
• Outdoor Sales Exposure.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: 3 to 10 years of proven experience in a similar role in the building materials industry.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational abilities and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
