In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform start up, commissioning, fault analysis, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities for measurement and analyzer systems, including planning, execution, and customer reporting.
- Provide advanced technical support to customers to ensure reliable operation and maintenance of installed equipment.
- Conduct site surveys, site walk downs, and installed base assessments to identify upgrade, service, and consulting opportunities.
- Execute field modifications and upgrades independently or in collaboration with project leadership, as applicable.
- Deliver technical training and support during escalated service matters, particularly related to measurement products.
- Plan and execute Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA) and Annual Maintenance Contracts in line with contractual scope and terms.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long term partnerships and growth of aftermarket services.
- Monitor agreed performance metrics, analyze results, and take actions to meet or exceed service KPIs and execution standards.
- Identify continuous improvement and innovation opportunities and support their implementation.
- Ensure consistent application of Emerson business processes, tools, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.
