- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Interpret construction drawings and communicate instructions to the construction team.
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site, and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and project documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Review and approve construction plans and ensure adherence to building codes and regulations.
- Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
- Keep updated with industry trends and advancements in construction technology to improve efficiency and productivity on site.
