The Role

You will be responsible for the technical supervision and hands-on management of site installations, including industrial tents, event marquees, and architectural tensile membranes. You must ensure all structures are safely anchored, perfectly tensioned, and delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Lead the assembly of aluminum and steel frame structures and specialized fabric membranes.

• Technical Oversight: Ensure all installations meet structural engineering drawings and wind-load specifications.

• Site Surveying: Conduct precise leveling and assessments for anchoring (pegging, weights, or bolts).

• Team Leadership: Manage rigging crews and subcontractors effectively under tight deadlines.

• Safety & Quality: Enforce zero-tolerance safety standards and perform final quality inspections.
