We are looking for experienced Site Engineers (Joinery/Interior Fit-Out) to join our client team. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, ensuring projects are executed as per approved specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site activities and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Supervise the installation of interior finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
• Ensure work is executed as per project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve any on-site issues.
• Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and project guidelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and consultants.
• Attend meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Maintain site records, including daily progress reports and quality checklists.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and verify compliance with project requirements.
• Work on value engineering and cost-saving solutions.
• Assist in final inspections and project handover.
