We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Media Manager with a strong background in the jewellery or luxury retail sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible forplanning, creating, and managing and engaging social media content that showcases the brand's jewellery collections, drives customer engagement, and increases online visibility and sales. He/she will strengthen the brand presence across all major social platforms.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand identity and marketing goals.
· Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content calendar across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
· Create visually appealing and high-quality content (images, videos, reels, stories) in collaboration with the design and product teams.
· Plan and run paid social media campaigns and promotions to drive reach, traffic, and conversions.
· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
· Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to drive collaborations and generate UGC (User-Generated Content).
· Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, ROI) and prepare regular reports with recommendations.
· Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies, especially in the luxury and jewellery space.
· Oversee photography/videography sessions for new product launches, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes content.
· Proficiency in platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
· Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, or video editing tools
· Experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and analytics tools
· Excellent storytelling, caption-writing, and visual branding skills
Strong photography/videography sense is a plus
