Partner with recruitment agencies and external vendors to support large-scale hiring campaigns or specialized roles.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives through content creation, events, and engagement with universities and talent communities.
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, healthcare authority licensing criteria, and internal recruitment policies during all recruitment stages.
Participate in recruitment audits, process improvement initiatives, and policy updates to enhance the overall recruitment experience.
