· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HRMS projects.
· Conduct gap analysis between business needs and Oracle HRMS functionalities.
· Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and clarification sessions.
· Support the end-to-end project lifecycle—from requirement initiation to solution delivery.
· Ensure proper traceability between requirements, solutions, and test cases.
· Collaborate with functional, technical, and QA teams to ensure alignment.
· Prepare BRDs, process workflows, and other supporting documentation as needed.
· Assist in UAT planning, execution, and validation of implemented solutions.
· Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
