- Examine tender/enquiry documents thoroughly to verify qualifying criteria for project bidding.
- Review project details and gather necessary data.
- Determine the scope of work and prepare comprehensive cost estimate.
- Create detailed quotes for turnaround/shutdown jobs, including supporting documents.
- Identify potential risk and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project.
- Conduct field visits with the client, following an in-depth study of the tender documents.
- Attend pre-bid meetings to gather information and ensure all project requirements are met.
- Adhere to company tendering processes and procedure, ensuring all tender aspects meet relevant discipline codes standards.
- Create manpower histograms and list of plant & equipment specific to the project, based on a through review of the scope of works and site requirements.
- Float enquiries to approved vendors for material supply during the tender stage, and follow up to obtain quotation.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary documents for submitting technical bid.
- Prepare documents and tender analysis summaries for handover to relevant project operations and team members.
- Maintain an up-to date understanding of approved company vendors, estimating methods, and project execution procedures.
- Gather feedback from projects to incorporate lessons learned in to future proposals.
