SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:

Deliverables to specific ongoing projects:
- Establish high-level integrated programme/schedules in early stages and develop fully detailed delivery programmes/schedules including consolidating contractor inputs for later stages.
- Conducting multi-disciplinary planning workshops.
- Implement cross-functional integration and schedule updates / tracking.
- Establish documentation management structure.
- Establish project reporting structure.
- Coach teams in continued use and elaboration of established schedules.
- Provide input to optimise project resource planning (external and internal).
- Proactively bring forward issues and opportunites for leadership attention ensuring these can be addressed early while the opportunity to do so is largest.
- Ensure there is clear accountability defined for all project deliverables.
- Ensure a clear baseline is established including scope, business case and timeline.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across group departments.
Deliverables to establish company Ports project implementation framework:
- Scheduling approach from early early stages through to implementation.
- Methods for cross-functional integration and schedule updates.
- Project reporting throughout the Implementation lifecycle.
- Documentation structure for Implementation Projects.
- Change management process.
- Facilitation of key workshops.
- Define variations of support models depending on project type and complexity.
- Drive continous improvement and pursue practical optimisations that makes us more effective.
SECTION III: KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
- Strong scheduling software skills (e.g. Primavera / Microsoft Project) and experience with other project management softwares more accessible to non-asset functions (e.g. Asana / Hive).
- Experience with document management softwares.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Project Management Certification (PMP , CAPM , CBA or similar) is advantageous.
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of additional languages is highly advantageous.
Years of Experience:
- +7 years of experience with capital projects.
Nature of Experience:
- Hands-on in delivery of programme/schedule documents.
- Understands how to use tools and software effectively to minimize complexity and admin for functions.
- Experience of cross-functional scheduling (not asset only).
- Experience with establishing ports infrastructure including business ramp-up.
- Expierence across a variety of terminal types is advantageous (e.g. container, general cargo, bulk, roro).
- Comfortable and experienced with engaging all levels of stakeholders.
