Roles & Responsibilities

• Extensive experience in project management activities like coordinating technical aspects in the design and construction phase of the projects.

• Review and approve technical and material submittals, and shop drawings, and answers the RFIs raised by the Consultants or the Contractors.

• Review the third party’s NOC applications issued by the Client and do respond with the required drawings, data, and conditions to the applicants.

• Regular follow-up and intermediary with all parties involved in the project like Client, Consultant, Contractor, MEP, Sustainability Consultant, and all Government authorities.

• Also, coordinate and guide with technical draftsmen and prepare required drawings for the project.

• Commitment to delivering customer service excellence by resolving issues and disputes both in the design, approval, and construction phases.
