- Manage and oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and reliable delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and analyse supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements and enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all supply chain activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Key External Interfaces Interface between customer, sales and parts and spares back-end team.
- Order management, Logistics and procurement for the P&S Div.
- Supervising team members to ensure that they are performing their duties in accordance with company policies to achieve the target.
- Monitoring the orders are executed on timely manner.
- Reviewing with team member on all open orders.
- Review KYC Documents and follow up on Legal approval.
- Sourcing items from other AHI Branch Offices.
- Regular Calls with factories for improvements and any escalations.
- Coordination with service team for service-related issues.
- Coordination with warehouse for any escalations.
- MMR File preparation along with sales.
- Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk. Train the individuals on the deep understanding of the day-today operational activities. L/C Documentation. Monthly Inventory review with team.
